Keyboard navigation
A skip link at the start of each page leads to the main content. Links and controls have visible focus indicators. Homepage tabs support arrow keys, Home and End; Escape closes the mobile menu.
Readability
Layouts adapt to screen width and text can be enlarged with browser zoom. Tables scroll within their own area on narrow screens. The site respects reduced-motion preferences.
